It can often seem overwhelming to think of making a change, altering a habit, beginning something new.
Think of one small change or improvement you would like to make in three areas, fitness, nutrition and stress/joy. Now decide on a very small measureable step toward each goal. Now ask yourself which one are you the very most ready to start today. Do this one small achievable step until you are 75% successful and give yourself a little reward.
