Leasing for these affordable (and really beautiful apartments) starts on July 19th. It is going to be one of Asheville's "greenest" building. Glen Rock Depot tenants will enjoy, among other green amenities, solar hot water, rainwater and greywater catchment, and bike racks, and showers even for business tenants.
