It can seem overwhelming to make a change that alters a habit and begins something new. Anne Frank said "...without realizing it, you try to improve yourself at the start of each new day; of course, you achieve quite a lot in the course of time. Anyone can do this, it costs nothing and is certainly very helpful. Whoever doesn't know it must learn and find by experience that a quiet conscience makes one strong."


Think of one small change or improvement you would like to make in three areas, fitness, nutrition and stress/joy. Now decide on a very small measurable step toward each goal. Now ask yourself which one are you most ready to start today. Do this one small achievable step until you are 75% successful and give yourself a little reward. Then try the next change that you are most ready for.

If you are really stuck, enlist the help of friends, family, a coach or a personal trainer.
