Think of one small change or improvement you would like to make in three areas, fitness, nutrition and stress/joy. Now decide on a very small measureable step toward each goal. Now ask yourself which one are you the very most ready to start today. Do this one small achievable step until you are 75% successful and give yourself a little reward. Then try the next change that you are most ready for. If you are really stuck, enlist the help of friends, family, a coach or a personal trainer.
