Asheville Rhythm proudly hosts the Seventh Annual Asheville Percussion Festival, June 25-July 1st, 2018, at the Odyssey School in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
This year’s theme is “Celebrating Women in Rhythm,” as we shine a spotlight on powerful female percussionists from around the globe.
We are gearing up for two of our favorite annual events, the new and improved UGrow Community Dig Day which will inspire Bounty & Soul participants and the greater Black Mountain community to grow their own food AND our 3rd Annual VegOut fundraiser at Pisgah Brewing Company. More details and ways to get involved are listed below. Both are family-friendly events and will have a variety of activities for all ages. Please help us to SPREAD THE WORD and let us know if you’d like to help out. Needless to say, there are lots of places to plug in and assist to ensure these events go off without a hitch! Western North Carolina resident Jon Michael Riley, author of fiction novels based on actual major events in recent history, has released the second book in his Channey Moran action/thriller series. Join local mystery author Adair Sanders as she presents the fourth book in her much-acclaimed series the Allison Parker Mystery Series.
