Defective Medical Devices and Dangerous Medications

Drug Dangers was developed to educate the public and lend a hand to people who have been affected by defective drugs and medical devices. Our goal at Drug Dangers is to keep the public educated and informed of all defective medical devices and dangerous medications that are currently available on the market today. Pharmaceutical companies are trusted to put safe products on the shelves, yet thousands of people lose their lives each year due to prescription medications with adverse side effects.

By spreading awareness, we believe we can lower this statistic by decreasing the number of recalls, saving more lives of those who have been affected. Drug Dangers Consumer Site

Addiction Resource Guides, Information & Hotline  – Our Purpose and Mission

Addiction Resource was founded in 2014 to provide a community for those recovering from addiction and to help patients find the highest quality care for a successful recovery. Our goal is to provide resources to help patients and their loved ones so that they may stay on the road to recovery, and can successfully overcome addiction for life. We believe in our ability to help improve the lives of others, and belief is what motivates us to educate and support our readers every day

AddictionResourceLogoAddiction Resource is not a treatment center and does not accept payments or advertising offers. Instead, we work to provide free resources to help people better understand their addiction and motivate them to make the first step in seeking support.

Addiction Resource works with licensed medical professionals and health writers to provide you with the most up to date information on addiction treatment. In our effort to provide you with the most effective, research-based content, we work with academic researchers at local universities to curate and publish our articles. While we strive to provide you with the best medical content in the addiction field, our content is not intended to replace the advice of your medical professional.

What Substance Abuse and Domestic Violence Statistics Tell Us

According to the American Society of Addiction Medicine, substance abuse occurs in conjunction with intimate partner violence anywhere from 40 to 60 percent of the time. Additionally, approximately 20 percent of abusive males admit to consuming some type of drug and/or alcoholic beverage before acting aggressively toward their partners. They also define “intimate partner violence” using Futures Without Violence’s description of “a pattern of assaultive and coercive behaviors that may include inflicted physical injury, psychological abuse, sexual assault, progressive social isolation, stalking, deprivation, intimidation and threats.”  Click for more information – Substance Use and Domestic Violence

Drugs, Medical Devices, Automotive and other Products

We’re here to help you and your loved ones get the answers you need about consumer and medical products. We want to educate the public and ensure consumers are informed about defective medical products, dangerous drugs, and high-risk consumer products.

Our goal is to be your go-to online resource. We provide accurate, relevant information in one place, so it’s easy and convenient for you to know what risks you face. We give you information about which products and devices are safe and which ones are not – hopefully reducing your risk on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, despite the regulations in place, consumers still face many risks. You have a right to know about these risks, and should you or a loved one be injured, know what to do to receive justice.  Click here for more information – Consumer Safety Guide
